Harry Bell Agri Photography

I grew up in rural County Down, Northern Ireland and hold a passion for the area and the landscape that is my spiritual home.  It is this love of the rural landscape and all things farming that have inspired me to photograph scale models of agricultural machinery.

Born in 1950 and raised under the shadow of Scrabo Tower the landscape in truly remarkable, rolling hills planted with barley and potatoes amongst others sweeping down to the shores of Strangford Lough.

Growing up in an area of such natural beauty and surrounded by agriculture, I was exposed to the lure of tractors and machinery and fond memories of learning to drive on a Massy Ferguson 35 and moving on to my favourite the Massy 65.

All my model photographs are taken in available natural lighting conditions and I only use photoshop to crop and size the shots!

I am the owner of a graphic design consultancy in Newtownards, County Down.

I have many clients linked to the agri sector and have been for over 20 years producing brochures, exhibition stands, bag designs and websites for producers, growers, farmers and agri-engineering businesses.

My photographs are also used on www.modelfarmer.com
